My 2017 wedding season is coming to a start, and part of the pre-wedding routine is to make sure I have everything I need for a great day.
A wedding day is a very fun day, but it’s also a busy day; being prepared and having all the “essentials” for the day to run smoothly can make a big difference!
In order for me to feel ready to take on what is going to be a memorable day for a happy couple and their families, there are a few things I must have!
I consider them my “wedding day essentials” (from a photographer’s point of view):
I went ahead and asked other photographers/friends about their “essentials” and here is what they said:
It was fun to chat with others and find out what do they bring along to a day of work, there were other items mentioned as fanny packs (to keep batteries and extra memory cards nearby), camel-backs, and silverware (for when they bring you food but no tools). I guess whatever works to have a successful day, right?!
Oh! And a cool bonus from Sandra Chile: “Tissues! Photographers do have a heart!, and when sappy moments show up we certainly get teary, so having tissues around helps me cry with confidence ”
I would love to hear what else you bring, please share!
Until next time,
