Oh Pittsburgh spring, you know, rain then sun then thunderstorms, and so on!

But when you’re meant to have a beautiful day for your wedding day there is no rain that can ruin it, and that’s exactly how it was on May 12th!

From the beginning you could tell this day was going to be amazing as this bridal party was all laughter, not to mention how happy and excited the bride and groom were.

Larissa’s details were simple yet so elegant, and the fact that she wore her mother’s wedding dress was EVERYTHING! Wearing something so meaningful in such a special day can never go wrong, you just have to be ready for all the happy tears!

Josh was so excited and always with a smile on his face, and my favorite moments were when he got to see his future wife during the “first look”, they both got to emotional, it was a beautiful moment to document!

Then rain came down during the ceremony and let me tell you there is something very sweet about two people in love saying “I do” accompanied by the relaxing sound of the rain, plus they say rain on your wedding day it’s good luck!

But as I said before, this day was meant to be the best, so the rain stopped right on time for picture’s time and we got to have a little fun at Mellon Plaza.

When Josh, Larissa, and I met, they described how they wanted their wedding venue to look like and I was in awe when I stepped in the Omni William Penn Hotel!

The team from Karrie Hlista Designs did such a gorgeous job with the florals, and paired with the elegant pieces from Eventioneers created a magical set-up for the tables. And Oh the string lights! The most romantic touch ever!

These two danced the night away which is a perfect happy ending for a wedding day!

With so much gratitude, and wishing all the happiness in the world to you both!
